How does arXiv handle announcement order after a moderation hold is cleared? [D]

Hi everyone, Our arXiv paper was originally scheduled for announcement on Sep 15, but it was put on hold for moderation before publication. The hold was cleared today, about a week later. The submission page still shows the old Sep 15 scheduled publication time. I did not unsubmit or resubmit anything. Does anyone know how arXiv handles the announcement order in this case? Does it keep the original submission timestamp? Does the queue position reset to when the hold was cleared? Or are held pape
